You draw, the AI guesses. Pictionary with a machine.
I wanted to know if AI can follow a drawing as it happens, not just label a finished picture. It guesses while you sketch, and you end up drawing for it.
Making it a game, with a score and a clock, made it far more fun than any chat.
It answers in a fixed shape, JSON, so the game can read it.
Not everything needs a model: plain code checks the guess and keeps score.
Players quickly invent an "AI-friendly" style: big, bold, exaggerated.
Every 4 seconds the canvas becomes a snapshot sent to a vision model. Small local vision models do well here, because these drawings are simple, high-contrast shapes.
